I started my first job about two weeks ago and went in for onboarding last Monday. However, there was an issue during orientation where they couldn't find me in their system for the pre-work training videos, even though I was in the system for everything else. Because of this, I couldn't proceed with the training and was sent home early after being shown how to access the work schedules. Since then, I've been scheduled for work days but then taken off the schedule multiple times. I was told I would receive a call once the issue was resolved, but it's been over a week and I haven't heard anything. I'm planning to email them first for a status update since I don't have direct contact with a manager. I suspect my start date was supposed to be tomorrow, the 22nd, but being called in early might have messed things up. I'm feeling pretty stressed about the whole situation.
