Amentum PAE NBC Laying Off 537 After Losing DHS US Citizenship And Immigration Services Contract
Amentum PAE NBC submitted a WARN in Missouri confirming upcoming layoffs. The letter explains that AMENTUM PAE NBC will be laying off workers assigned to a DHS United States Citizenship and Immigration Services contract after the contract was awarded to a new provider of government services. Employees assigned to the USCIS were advised of the impending separation of employment on or around June 10, 2022.
Workers linked to the DHS United States Citizenship and Immigration Service contact are located at two sites in Missouri.

Amentum NBC’s program customer USCIS awarded the NBC contract to a new provider of government services. Therefore, the effective date of employment separations from Amentum NBC is expected to be August 13, 2022. Impacted workers are not represented by a union. It is believed that Amentum NBC employees could transfer to the new awardee of the DHS USCIS NBC contract on or around August 14, 2022.
In total, 537 workers will be impacted. Among those workers include Truck Drivers, Shippers, General Clerks, and Administrative Services Supervisors. The full WARN can be found here.
