    Feeling Miscellaneous Thinking

    I'm feeling really frustrated with my job search right now. Last month, I had a three-hour interview for a position that I was really excited about. I took a day off work to prepare and drove an hour to the interview. They told me I would hear back in two weeks, but now it's going on week four and I still haven't received any news. To make matters worse, they've reposted the job listing, which clearly means I didn't get it. I just wish they would have the decency to inform me instead of leaving me hanging. This whole process is really getting to me.

    Applied to a Job Feeling Thinking

    I applied for a job last month and went through the interview process. Today, I noticed that the same position has been reposted with a different job ID. When I clicked on the new posting, the site indicated that I had already applied. This has me worried that I might not have gotten the role. I've reached out via email for a follow-up, but I found out that the hiring manager is out of the office until next week. I'm feeling anxious and just want to know if I should consider myself rejected so I can focus on other opportunities.
