I am currently on the hunt for a culinary job in Los Angeles, and I have to say, it's been quite frustrating. I've applied to numerous positions, but the competition is fierce, and I often feel overlooked. I have experience in various kitchens, but it seems like every time I think I have a good lead, it falls through. Networking hasn't been as helpful as I hoped either. I'm trying to stay positive, but the process is wearing me down.
