I recently found myself in a tough spot at my current job. I work at a company that was mentioned in an article about potential mass layoffs, and honestly, a part of me is hoping that I get laid off. I know that sounds ungrateful, but I really dislike my team and feel stuck. I’ve considered resigning, but the thought of leaving on my own feels heavy. If I were laid off, it would relieve me of that guilt. I’m trying to navigate these feelings and figure out my next steps.
