I recently received a job offer from Vue Cinema, but it comes with an exclusivity contract. I'm feeling a bit uncertain about this because it limits my ability to take on other work. I've been reading some advice online, and many people suggest that I shouldn't worry too much about it. They say it's my legal right to work multiple jobs if I want to, and that Vue Cinema shouldn't have a say in where else I work. Some even mentioned that if they find out I have another job, the worst they can do is fire me, which they can do at any time anyway.
