I recently started a role as a Project Coordinator at a fintech company, and I'm currently in my fourth week of a one-month probation period. The position was advertised at 4k/month with a hybrid work setup (3 days remote, 2 days in the office). However, I've come to realize that the job description was quite vague and now it seems that after my probation, I'll be expected to ramp up to a full Project Manager role without a clear path for promotion or defined KPIs. This has left me feeling uncertain about my future here. I'm contemplating whether I should start looking for another job, but I'm worried about how to explain a short tenure of just a month or two to potential interviewers. I'm really seeking advice on whether I should stick it out or start my job search now.
