I've been on the job search for over a year now, and it's been an exhausting experience. The constant cycle of applying and getting rejected has left me feeling disheartened. I can't help but wonder about the state of the job market today. It seems like no matter how many applications I send out or interviews I attend, I just keep hitting dead ends. I've been questioning the effectiveness of the global market and whether companies should still receive incentives for operating in the U.S. when they seem to prioritize hiring overseas. It feels unprecedented and frustrating. I know people often suggest networking as a way to find opportunities, but honestly, it feels like everyone is doing that now. It’s hard to stand out when it seems like the same advice is being thrown around without any real results. I’m at a point where I’m not sure how much longer I can keep this up without some sort of change. I just want to find a position where I can contribute and grow, but the process has been so draining. I’m really hoping for some breakthrough soon.
