I recently experienced a tough year after getting laid off twice. I graduated last year with a great package, but my first company shut down shortly after I started. I spent six months job hunting and felt completely burnt out by the end of it. Eventually, I landed a new job with the same salary, but just three months in, I was laid off again. I struggled with burnout and the high expectations from my colleagues who didn’t see me as a fresh graduate. I made mistakes in my work due to the lack of guidance and support, which ultimately led to my dismissal without any notice. Now, I feel lost and overwhelmed, and I’m doubting my abilities. I’ve considered pursuing a master's degree, but I already graduated from a top college for my field. I’m unsure of my next steps and find myself overthinking everything. I could really use some advice on how to move forward.
