I recently joined a startup after a tough job search, leaving my previous company where I faced a toxic environment and poor treatment in marketing. I had to find a job quickly to support my family, and the startup offered a decent salary. However, the pressure here is overwhelming. The leadership lacks understanding of marketing, insisting on producing 30 blogs a day without proper SEO or quality checks. Just today, a teammate who struggled with the workload received a call on the weekend informing her that she was laid off. This has happened to two others in their first month as well, which makes me feel there’s no job security. I'm actively looking for a more stable environment that aligns with my long-term career goals, but I'm facing challenges explaining my short tenure to HRs. In India, switching jobs so quickly raises red flags, and I’m unsure how to frame my reason for leaving. I want to convey that I’m seeking a place where I can grow professionally and feel secure. Any advice on how to approach this would be greatly appreciated.
