I've been struggling to find a job as a college student. My finances are tight, and I'm trying to balance school with work. I've applied to several places but often don't hear back, and when I do get interviews, I don't receive any follow-up. I think my availability might be a factor; I try to communicate it clearly during interviews, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it effectively. Currently, I'm delivering for DoorDash to make ends meet, but it's not enough. I've been at this for months, and it's really frustrating. I'm considering tweaking my approach—maybe I should write down my availability to present it more clearly. I'm also thinking about looking for on-campus jobs that might better fit my schedule. Any advice on how to improve my chances would be appreciated.

I've been struggling to find a job as a college student. My finances are tight, and I've been applying to various positions for months without much luck. When I do get interviews, I often don't hear back afterward, which is really frustrating. I'm trying to balance my schoolwork with job hunting, but I feel like my availability might be a factor in why I'm not getting callbacks. To make ends meet, I've been delivering for DoorDash, but it's not enough. I'm hoping to secure a part-time job that fits my schedule, but so far, nothing has worked out.
