I recently graduated high school and have been struggling to land a job. I've applied mostly to fast food and retail positions, but I keep getting rejected. I'm looking for advice on how to improve my resume because it feels like I'm not getting anywhere. Some feedback I've received suggests I should focus on my coursework, projects, and any skills I developed during high school, as well as include extracurricular activities and volunteer work. It seems like I need to leverage connections too, as my resume doesn't have much to show. I'm feeling a bit lost and would appreciate any tips on how to make my application stand out.
