Seeking advice on job application pay discrepancy for part-time role

I recently applied for a job that was advertised as a full-time position with a salary range of $51,000 to $61,000. However, after receiving an email from the company, I learned that the role is actually part-time, requiring only 15 hours a week, and offers a flat rate of $600 per week. I'm unsure about how to address this pay discrepancy without jeopardizing my chances of getting the job. I really need employment, but I also want clarification on the differences between the job listing and what I've been told. Any advice on how to approach this situation would be greatly appreciated.
