I was a Product Manager in tech, but unfortunately, my role was impacted by restructuring this July. After taking some time off to regroup, I'm now ready to jump back into the job market. I'm specifically looking for Product Manager and Founder’s Office roles, with a preference for startups. With nearly five years of experience in UX Research, Product Management, and a bit of marketing and sales, I'm eager to understand what skills are currently in demand. I'm particularly interested in advice on what I should focus on strengthening, especially since I come from a non-tech background. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
