I have been actively searching for jobs in the insurance industry for about a month now, but things haven't been going well despite having relevant experience and the necessary license. Recently, I received an email from a recruiter claiming I would be a good fit for a position I had already applied for at Geico. However, something about the email felt off. I did some research and found that the company is legitimate, but the email itself raised my suspicions. I even shared screenshots of the email and the positions I've applied for at Geico to get feedback. I'm concerned it might be a scam, especially since my gut feeling and Gmail's warnings suggest something isn't right. I'm hoping to get some advice on how to handle this situation.
