I recently interviewed with a smaller ad agency and came across their Glassdoor reviews, which raised some concerns. They only have four reviews total: two 1-star and two 2-star ratings. I'm trying to gauge whether this is a red flag for the company. So far, my experience with them has been positive, and I appreciate the local aspect of the agency.
