I recently interviewed with a smaller ad agency and came across their Glassdoor reviews, which raised some concerns. They only have four reviews total: two 1-star and two 2-star ratings. I'm trying to gauge whether this is a red flag for the company. So far, my experience with them has been positive, and I appreciate the local aspect of the agency. However, I’m hesitant to leave my current job at a large, well-known agency that has been secretly laying off employees. The job market is tough right now, and I want to make a well-informed decision.
