I received a job offer letter yesterday from a company I interviewed with, but I also have an interview scheduled for tomorrow with another employer. This situation is new for me, as I've never had two opportunities come up at the same time like this. The offer from the first company is valid for 5 days, and I haven't responded to their email yet. I'm considering whether to ask for 24-72 hours to review the offer or to be upfront about my upcoming interview with the second company. Both companies align well with my skills, and I'm torn between accepting the certainty of the first offer and waiting to see how the second interview goes. I’m leaning towards asking for some time to think it over, but I also want to be respectful to the first company.
