Applied at Sam's Club for Unknown

I'm 23 years old and have been working full-time at Sam's Club as a baker for about three years. The company has been great in supporting my education, covering my schooling costs as long as I stay employed with them. I'm set to graduate this December with a Business Administration degree and a solid 3.88 GPA, but I'm feeling a lot of anxiety as graduation approaches. I've been searching for jobs for months, but I haven't received a single response. It's not that I'm being rejected; I just feel completely invisible in the job market. I worry that my online college experience and lack of internships or 'real' job experience are hurting my resume. I often question if all my hard work was for nothing. I’ve researched various career paths related to my degree, but I'm at a loss. The thought of pursuing any sales roles makes me uneasy, and I just don’t feel qualified for the positions I’m seeing.
