I recently had my first ever interview for a consulting position, and it was quite an experience. I completely froze for about 10-15 seconds on every question they asked. The panel's reaction only made my anxiety worse, and I could feel the pressure mounting. It was really tough to regain my composure after each pause. I learned a lot from this experience, especially about handling nerves in high-pressure situations. I'm hoping to improve for my next interview.
