I'm a 16-year-old living in London and I've been trying to find a job for a while now. I've looked at various places like Costa, Tesco, and Morrisons, but it seems like most of the positions available are for managers or delivery drivers. I've applied to a few jobs, but unfortunately, I've been declined every time. I'm considering looking for work at smaller businesses, maybe a record store in central London. I'm not sure how to approach applying to these smaller places, so any advice would be really appreciated.
