I recently faced a challenging situation while job hunting due to my disability, specifically 22Q, which causes me to experience panic attacks. I had an interview scheduled for a Friday, but the environment was overwhelming. There were some intimidating customers who made me feel anxious and vulnerable. Thankfully, a kind individual was there to support me, and the manager arrived shortly after to help diffuse the situation. However, the experience left me feeling scared and triggered my PTSD. I'm seeking advice on how to cope better in these situations and improve my chances of finding a job.

I have an upcoming interview at McDonald's, and I'm feeling really anxious about it because I have ADHD. I struggle with processing long sentences, and it feels overwhelming when I have to think on my feet. In my previous interview, I messed up because I couldn't keep up with the questions. This time, I want to prepare better and not make the same mistakes. I need to find a way to simplify my answers to no more than 7 sentences, as that's what I can handle. I'm looking for strategies or tips on how to communicate effectively during the interview without getting overwhelmed.
