Applied for new job opportunities to improve work-life balance and reduce burnout

I’ve been feeling completely burnt out at my job lately. I work four consecutive twelve-hour shifts, which leaves me with barely any time for my fiancée. When I come home, I only get to spend about three hours with her before I crash for sleep. On night shifts, it’s even worse; sometimes I only see her for an hour or two. My fiancée pointed out that I've been acting like an ass lately, which really hit home. She mentioned that I come back angry or upset, and I complain a lot. My days off are mostly spent recovering from work, and I dread the thought of going back. I’ve been trying to leave work at work, but it’s tough when I hardly have time to enjoy life. I’ve applied to several new jobs, but it’s been disheartening to either get no responses or instant rejections. I really want to change this situation for both of us.
