I had an interview today for a marketing position that I was really excited about. I made sure to arrive early to make a good impression, but I ended up waiting for an entire hour past my scheduled time. When I finally got in, they only asked me five questions and then thanked me for coming. I felt really disrespected and irritated. My fiancé said they clearly don't value my time, and my mom agreed that it was ridiculous. My dad suggested it might have been a test to see how I handle frustration, but that doesn't make it any less annoying. I’m wondering if this is a sign of how they treat their employees. I’m considering leaving a review on Glassdoor and if they offer me the job, I might just decline it. I really don’t want to work for a company that thinks it’s okay to waste candidates' time.
