I’ve been jobless for over two months now. At 22 years old, I recently moved to Pasadena, California, and I’m actively searching for any entry-level hospital jobs to get my foot in the door. I’ve been applying to about 10 jobs a day, keeping track of the dates and the places I apply to, and I follow up, but I keep facing rejections. I’ve tried tailoring my resume for each position, but nothing seems to work. I’m open to any advice on how to improve my chances.
