This has me on edge, as I can't help but wonder if this is a sign of impending layoffs. I’ve seen discussions about how these meetings can go either way—sometimes they’re just routine check-ins, other times they reveal bad news. I’ve had experiences where similar situations led to teammates being let go, and I ended up having to take on their responsibilities.
