I recently completed the initial interview process with a company that went really well, and they are now flying me out to their headquarters for an in-person interview that will last 4 hours. They are covering all expenses, which is a nice touch. I'm feeling a mix of excitement and nerves since I've never had an in-person interview before. I received an email detailing the people I will be meeting, with each person scheduled for 30 minutes in a room. I'm wondering what to expect during those 4 hours. Will it be an intense grilling from each person, or will there be a chance for a tour of the HQ and some insights into their work? Any advice on how to prepare for this would be greatly appreciated!
