I'm a 17-year-old female looking to gain financial independence by finding a job, but I'm feeling a bit lost in the current job market. I've been watching a lot of content on YouTube that emphasizes how tough it is to find work right now, and I'm seeing my classmates juggling multiple programs while I have only 4 volunteer hours and one afterschool activity to my name. I recently enrolled in a program, but it was towards the end of the school year, so I'm worried about my lack of experience. I'm reaching out for any job search tips or advice on how to navigate this situation. I know that places hiring teenagers often don't require extensive experience, but I'm unsure how to present myself effectively. Any suggestions on where to start or how to highlight my limited experience would be greatly appreciated!
