I recently had a really upsetting experience at my job where my boss called me "Boy" during a heated argument. It was incredibly disrespectful, and even though they apologized afterward, I just couldn't shake off how I felt. I decided to hand in my notice because I believe that kind of treatment is unacceptable. Now, I'm in a strange place trying to process everything that happened. It was such a sudden decision, and I'm not sure if I made the right choice or if I should have waited until I had another job lined up. It's been tough to navigate these feelings.
