This week, I've been actively submitting job applications and I've encountered a frustrating trend: many companies are using Dayforce for their application process. Each time I see that I need to go through this platform, I seriously consider skipping the application altogether. The interface is clunky and difficult to navigate. What's even more infuriating is the 'auto-fill' feature, which seems like a joke. Out of the six resumes I've sent out recently, the auto-fill has inserted completely inaccurate information that doesn't match my resume at all. To make matters worse, the incorrect details vary with each application, despite me using the same resume. It's really disheartening to deal with such a poorly designed system.
