I recently accepted a job offer for a new position that I was really excited about. However, shortly after I signed the offer letter, my current boss, the CEO, found out and the very next day, the offer was rescinded. It seems like upper management might have been involved, as my friend called the new company and discovered they were still hiring for the role I applied for, even though they told me the position was closed. I'm feeling frustrated and powerless right now. Is there anything I can do about this situation? It feels like my boss sabotaged my opportunity.
