I recently completed an interview for a healthcare position that I felt went well overall. However, the way the interview concluded left me feeling uncertain about their interest in hiring me. The interviewer maintained a serious demeanor throughout and mentioned that I could be considered for future vacancies, which didn't provide me with much hope for this specific role. I'm left wondering if I might be reading too much into their behavior or if this is a sign that I should prepare for the possibility of not getting the offer.
