I recently graduated with a Master of Mass Communications and am currently working in a legal setting. However, I'm eager to transition into a customer success role. While my background is primarily legal, I've gained valuable transferable skills from interacting with clients and providing excellent customer service. I often receive compliments for my ability to help clients navigate complex legal terminology. I'm passionate about helping people and believe that if I could just land an interview, my personality would shine through. I'm seeking advice on how to break into the customer success field despite lacking direct experience. Additionally, I'm considering including past customer-facing roles, like cashier and sales associate, on my resume. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
