I received an email to schedule a call for a role at Snap Inc. The email directed me to a scheduling site that required me to log in to Facebook for verification. This raised some red flags for me, as it seemed unusual. I reached out to the recruiter for clarification, and they explained that this is part of their centralized recruitment platform which manages interview scheduling. They assured me that the additional step is standard and necessary for identity verification. I’m still a bit skeptical about the process, but I appreciate their transparency and am looking forward to the opportunity to discuss my professional experience with them.
