I was laid off from Amdocs recently, and my last working day is set for the first week of August. Since the layoff, I've been struggling to secure a new job and have faced rejection in every interview I've attended. However, I try to view each interview as a learning experience, helping me identify what I need to improve on. As my last working day approaches, I've been receiving a lot of interview calls and have been scheduling them almost daily. While I appreciate the opportunities, I feel like I'm stuck in a robotic cycle: study for one interview, face disappointment, note down my weaknesses, and then prepare for the next one. This routine has left me feeling completely drained. The constant hopefulness mixed with the stress of uncertainty about my future after August is overwhelming. I wake up feeling anxious, and some days I struggle to even get out of bed. At this point, I'm so exhausted that the thought of sitting for more interviews is daunting. I'm seeking advice on how to cope with this situation and manage my stress better.
