I am currently facing a challenging time in my career as a product manager with seven years of experience. I've been reaching out to various founders and companies through cold emails, hoping to find opportunities or at least initiate conversations, but so far, I haven't received any responses. I've also been applying through LinkedIn, where I maintain an active profile and share posts about my work, but that hasn't yielded any results either. I'm starting to wonder if cold emailing is still a viable strategy in today's job market. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
