I had an interview about two weeks ago for a role that I felt went really well. The manager expressed a lot of interest in me and even provided her number, encouraging me to text her once I applied. I did reach out after submitting my application, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm planning to follow up tomorrow to see if I can get any updates. I'm curious if anyone else has had success in getting a job after following up post-interview. I’ve read mixed opinions on this; some say it shows enthusiasm and can help keep you on the hiring manager's radar, while others think it doesn't really make a difference. I just want to know if my follow-up could potentially lead to a positive outcome.
