Feeling overwhelmed by job anxiety lately. I work in tech and the constant thoughts about potential layoffs and how AI might change the job landscape have been really paralyzing. Even though I have some savings, it doesn't seem to ease my worries about not finding another job or having to start over at a lower salary. I've been reading a lot about the state of the job market, and it just adds to my stress. I'm reaching out to see how others cope with this kind of anxiety.
