BunX_2021_'s journey

I recently graduated from secondary education with a degree in Printing, but now at 19, I'm stuck in a dead-end job as a machine operator in a warehouse. The pay is decent at 23% above minimum wage, but the working conditions are unbearable with no air conditioning in the heat. I've been actively searching for new job opportunities in Czechia and neighboring countries like Poland, Germany, Slovakia, and Austria, focusing on my passion for computers. I love fixing and maintaining electronics, but the job market is frustrating. I've come across thousands of IT job listings, but they all seem to require extensive education, like a master's degree, for entry-level positions that pay poorly. I even considered transitioning into marketing or sales in tech stores, thinking my knowledge of PCs and phones would be beneficial, but they also require degrees I don’t have. It feels like traditional job-hunting websites like Indeed or LinkedIn aren't working for me. I'm contemplating reaching out to companies directly to see if they need help, even if it means starting from the bottom. I wish I could go back to school for something more relevant, but I lack family support for further education and honestly, I found most of my schooling to be a waste of time. I'm feeling lost and unsure of how to navigate this job market.
