I just wrapped up a month-long interview process for a retail position, and I'm now preparing for my final interview at the store location I applied for. This has been quite the journey, with three interviews already completed: first with the store, then with the district manager, and finally with HR. However, after following up, I learned that my last interview will actually be with the store manager directly. I'm feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. I'm curious about what a final in-person interview typically signifies. I've had to reach out after each interview to get updates, which makes me wonder about my standing in the process. I have high hopes, but I'm also cautious and unsure if I've secured the position just yet. I'm interested in hearing others' experiences—do most employers bring in multiple candidates for the final round before making a decision?
