I am currently in the final stages of the hiring process for a full-time Performance Marketing Manager position at a company where I previously worked on a contract basis. I've already had interviews with the recruiter, the hiring manager, the People & Culture team, and some senior leadership. The day after my last interview, the recruiter reached out to say they really enjoyed our conversation and wanted to discuss a few details over the phone. During the call, we talked about my vacation plans, how I could potentially work remotely during that time, and confirmed that the salary range is fixed. They also asked how I felt about the role and mentioned they would be meeting with someone internally to discuss it afterward. While I haven't received a verbal offer yet, I'm wondering if this indicates they are finalizing details before extending an offer, or if this is just standard procedure for finalists.
