I recently had two job interviews for positions in the crypto space: one for a Senior Crypto Sales role and another for a Crypto Research Assistant. Both interviews required me to use specific applications—Webex for the first and Werknova for the second. For the Senior Crypto Sales opportunity, I was given a link to download Webex, but it didn't work. However, when I downloaded it directly from the official website, it functioned properly. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue; I previously interviewed for a Web3 Copy and Technical Writer position and had the same problem with Webex. As for the Crypto Research Assistant interview, I managed to get into Werknova, but I couldn't use the speaker because it required additional files that ended up being useless. It feels incredibly frustrating because I'm passionate about trading, crypto, and Web3 technology, and I believe I have a strong chance of landing these roles. Yet, I'm being held back by these unreliable meeting apps that I'm not familiar with. I can't help but wonder why they don't just use something more common like Zoom. Has anyone else faced similar issues with these platforms, and how did you resolve them?
