I recently completed my bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and earned both the CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications, which I believe showcase my commitment to building a strong technical foundation. During my internship, I gained valuable hands-on experience by creating and managing virtual machines, helping to virtualize the company's network infrastructure, managing IT support tickets, and supporting initiatives for CMMC Level 2 compliance. This experience not only strengthened my technical skills but also improved my ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional setting. However, I’m finding it extremely challenging to secure an entry-level cybersecurity analyst position. It's discouraging to see that many entry-level roles require multiple years of prior experience, making it tough for recent graduates like me to kickstart our careers. I'm eager to prove myself, continue learning, and contribute to an organization that values motivated professionals who have worked hard to develop the necessary knowledge and practical experience in cybersecurity. If anyone has advice or suggestions on how to navigate this job search, I would greatly appreciate it!
