I sent over my references three days ago, but I haven't heard anything back yet. My references mentioned that no one has contacted them, which has me feeling a bit anxious. I know it's only been a few days and that hiring managers can be busy, but I'm starting to overthink the situation. I'm considering reaching out to the recruiter to confirm that they received my references. Should I wait a bit longer or follow up now?
