I have been actively job searching for over a year now, and I recently had an HR team interview with a company about a month ago. After some waiting, they scheduled me for an in-person interview last week, which I thought went well. Today, I received an email asking me to provide two references and to complete a Thomas International assessment. However, the email felt rushed and included emojis, which is unusual for their communication style. I'm feeling a bit confused about what this all indicates regarding their hiring process.
