Applied at Cognizant for senior developer

I recently attended interviews as a senior developer but found myself in situations more suited for freshers. Last week, I interviewed with Cognizant, where two HR representatives seemed to struggle with basic math during the process. I also had a technical round with Infosys, where an HR person checked my laptop multiple times to see if I was using GPT or any other background applications during the interview. It felt quite intense and a bit frustrating, considering my experience level.
