I interviewed for an Analyst position at a gas utility company at the beginning of last month, but I still haven't heard back from them. The hiring process was initially communicated to take about a month, and now that time has passed, I'm starting to wonder if this is a common occurrence for this organization or if it signals a soft rejection. My application status is still active in their portal, but any attempts to reach out to HR have resulted in automated responses or no replies at all. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced similar delays with this company or if they think this is typical for utility organizations. I'm ready to mentally move on, but I wanted to gauge if this kind of wait is normal or if I should be concerned. Thanks for any insights!
