I recently completed my final interview with a company on Monday and was expecting to hear back by next Monday. However, I received an email from the hiring manager yesterday asking for my thoughts on the job and if it's something I would like to pursue. I responded quickly, expressing my enthusiasm and confirming my interest in the position. Initially, I thought this might mean I was rejected, especially since the interview process had been moving so quickly before the second interview. Now, I'm wondering if this is a good sign, as it seems they might have narrowed down their candidates and are checking my interest before making a final decision. I'm hopeful!
