I recently faced a tough decision after being rejected from a final round interview for a position I really wanted. Now, I see that a new requisition for the same role has opened up at the company. I'm contemplating whether I should reapply or just move on. Some people have shared their experiences, saying that reapplying can sometimes work out, especially if circumstances change for the company. Others suggest that since I was already rejected, it might not be worth the effort. I’m leaning towards giving it another shot, as I believe I came close and it could show my persistence. Worst case, they ignore my application, but at least I’ll know I tried.
