I've been on the job hunt for a while now, specifically targeting Walmart in Canada. For the past two years, I've applied to nearly every position they post, but I've faced rejection every single time. Last year, I managed to land a job elsewhere, which I held for a bit before deciding to leave a few months ago. Now that I'm back in the job market, I've updated my resume with new experience, yet my applications to Walmart continue to be denied. I'm starting to wonder if their AI screening system is flagging something or if there's an issue with my resume. I feel like I have a solid background, so it's really puzzling.
